price per person per night including bed & breakfast for a stay not less than 2 nights:

€ 140,- | € 145,- double room for single occupancy per person/night
€ 111,- | € 116,- in the suite per person/night
€ 150,- | € 155,- suite for single occupancy per person/night
- Surcharge for single occupancy/night: € 20,-
- Pets are not allowed.
- Surcharge for half-board: € 30,- per person per day
- Our rooms are no-smoking.
Failure to comply will result in us billing an additional cleaning charge of € 80,-
For short stays over New Year's Eve up to 5 nights: supplement per person / night € 25,-
Children's Discounts:
Discounts only apply when staying in the same room as the parents, with at least 1 full-paying adult.
up to age 2: 100 % discount
ages 3 to 6: 70% discount
ages 7 to 9: 50% discount
ages 10 to 13: 30% discount
Cot per day € 8,-

Payment: We prefer payment of your bill in cash, though we also accept ATM cards and credit cards such as MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.
Pets / dogs: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Conditions
Even if you are already looking forward to your holidays, something unforeseen can always crop up.
In case of cancellation apply the terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry. In the event you have to cancel, this would mean:
- A cancellation 1 month before the date of arrival is free of charge.
- 14 days before the date of arrival we will charge 40 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price
- until 7 days before the date of arrival we will charge 70 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price
- in the last week we will charge 90 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price
By no show or when you leave us earlier as the departure day, we will charge 100 % of the total agreed price.
In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we recommend protecting yourself by means of hotel cancellation insurance.
