In the event of cancellations, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

For you, this means the following in the event of a cancellation:

• up to 4 weeks before arrival: no charge
• up to 14 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee of the total cost
• up to 7 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee of the total cost
• 7 days or less before arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total cost

In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a no-show, we will charge 100% of the total cost.
To help you avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you purchase hotel cancellation insurance.

check-in: from 3:00 p.m. at the latest until 7:30 p.m. 
If you plan to arrive after 7:30 p.m., please let us know in advance. 
check-out: from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

The discount applies when a child stays in their parents' room, provided there is at least one adult paying the full rate.

There is an electric charging station across from the hotel, near the municipal office. 
There, you can charge your electric or hybrid cars for a fee using a Type 2 charging cable. 
Payment options: QR code/credit card, Routex or Audi cards, or your own E-Werk card. 
Please note that a parking fee will be charged for charging sessions lasting 4 hours or longer.

We offer free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.

Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Dinner (half-board): 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

à la carte restaurant:

• 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
• 1:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (limited menu with hot dishes available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
• 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We offer free parking right next to the hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Payment can be made on site in cash, by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

Please understand that dogs and other pets are not allowed in our rooms.

Our prices do not include the visitor and lodging tax of € 3,25 per person per night. 
(Starting 1st December 2026, the visitor and lodging tax will be € 3,55 per person per night.) 
The single-room supplement is € 20 per person per night. 
We charge € 8 per night for a crib.

Sauna: 
We offer a sauna area featuring a forest sauna (Finnish sauna), a bio sauna, and an infrared cabin with color light therapy. 
Please let the front desk know if you’d like to use our sauna area. 
Opening hours: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (by appointment)

• Sauna towels are provided in the sauna area
• You can pick up a bathrobe at the front desk

Outdoor Pool: 
In the summer, our large sunbathing lawn with a biotope right next to the heated outdoor pool, 
as well as a terrace with garden tables and large umbrellas, are part of this very special “recreation area” at our country hotel! 
There is also a changing room next to the pool. (Pool depth: 1.6 m) 
From late March/April through October, our outdoor pool is open with a water temperature of approximately 27°C.

Our rooms are non-smoking. 
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas or on your room's balcony.

If something unexpected happens and you are unable to go on your vacation as planned, 
we recommend that you purchase coverage from Europäische Reiseversicherung today. 
When purchasing the insurance, please use the total price EXCLUDING the spa and lodging taxes. 
Example: Travel price excluding spa and lodging taxes: € 1.000,- = Premium: € 57,-.
