Category "Christian" | to the room |	Double or single room in solid wood, separate shower/wc, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, internet connection, hairdryer, balcony as well as lift to all floors.
Category "Margret" | to the room |	Double, twin or single room in solid wood, separate shower/wc, satellite TV, radio, hairdryer, telephone, safe, internet connection.
Category Thomas (apartment) | to the room |	2 double rooms in solid wood, 2 bathrooms with separate shoer/wc, a large living room, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, internet connection, hairdryer, 2 balconies as well as lift to all floors.

The rate are excluding local tax € 1,50 per person/night.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. By non-compliance we will charge € 50,00.

Single room supplement per night: € 15,00

Pets are only in Category Dagmar allowed. (on request)

Children reductions:	0 - 2 years:	free of charge
	3 - 6 years: 7 - 9 years:	70 % (when staying in their parents' room) 50 % (when staying in their parents' room)
	10 - 13 years:	30 % (when staying in their parents' room)

The reduction for the children is valid in the room of their parents and at least 1 adult have to pay the regular rate.

supplement for a crib: € 7,00 per day

Cancellation terms

A cancellation 1 month before the date of arrival is free of charge.

-14 days before the date of arrival we will charge 40 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price

-until 7 days before the date of arrival we will charge 70 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price

 -in the last week we will charge 90 % cancellation fee of the total agreed price

By no show or when you leave us earlier as the departure day, we will charge 100 % of the total agreed price.

We only accept written cancellations.
