Leisure activities in summer
Wine tasting
On request you have the opportunity to take part in a wine tasting with our sommelier.
Whilst tasting wines from champagne to dessert wines you'll learn lots of interesting facts about wine and wine produce. This jolly evening is also interesting for wine novices.
Minimum no. of particpants: 6 persons, booking required.
Price including wine, cheese and bread: € 16,00 per person.

Barbecue evening
Every Thursday in summer when the weather's fine we organise a barbecue evening on our terrace. In addition to the various delicacies from the wood oven barbecue and salad buffet you can enjoy the warm summer evenings over a glass of wine.

Running / Nordic walking
You can join the marked Mitterberg running and Nordic walking trails right from our hotel. There are various lengths with varying levels of difficuly from 2.5 km - 12 km available to choose from.

Volleyball and table tennis
As a sporting change our hotel guests can use our grass volleyball court free of charge.
You can also use our two table tennis tables anytime.
Volleyballs, table tennis sets, badminton racquets and other smaller leisure equipment are available from the reception free of charge.

Biking
On the Mitterberg there's a 14.6 km cycle route for biking enthusiasts. We have approx. 20 bikes for hire, which you can borrow free of charge. We would be pleased to give you advice regarding destinationations and routes.

Tennis and football
Apprx. 300 m from our hotel you'll find the Mitterberg sports ground with 4 sand tennis courts and a football pitch. The football pitch may be used on request free of charge.

Sportunion Niederöblarn
The Sportunion Niederöblarn offers tennis fans the opportunity to practise their sport all year round. In addition to 2 outdoor courts there are also 2 indoor courts available.
The outdoor courts are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 17:00 hours.
The indoor courts from Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 22:00 hours.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 – 20:00 hours.

You can use the bowling alley in the Hotel Reisslerhof, just 400 m away. We can book you a bowling alley on request. Price for an alley per hour € 6,00.

Gliding
In Niederöblarn there is also a gliding aerodrome.
All those wishig to fly over the Enns Valley in a glider or power glider can go there. You can try out everything from the Grimming flights (approx. 20 mins.), the Dachstein flight (approx. 30 mins.) to the Grossglockner tour.

Curling
